B. S. Physics, Berry College

Tricia got her professional start in 1998 with ACSi Webhosting & Design, working in the areas of customer support, search engine submission, and marketing for over three years.

She was selected as Youth Spokesperson for the National Fraternal Congress of America out of Chicago, working as a liaison to over eighty fraternal benefits societies in the area of youth-adult communication, youth engagement and retention. After completion of her education and two years as Circulation Supervisor in the Berry College library, she returned to communications as Marketing Director for Bistro 239 in downtown Rome. She opened Steele Agency in August 2008 to combine her experience with Web 2.0 technologies, the printed and spoken word, and love for relationships.

A student of physics and philosophy, she has the analytical skills needed to approach a system of complexity. Databases, lists, charts, graphs, evaluative writing are second nature. For the client, this means sticking to budgets, evaluating and anticipating trends, utilizing comparisons and being flexible and innovative in solving problems.

Tricia serves as President-Elect of the Rome Kiwanis Club, Board member for Shorter College Friends of Theatre, Member of the Downtown Development Authority Outreach Committee, staff writer for V3 Magazine, and Volunteer Coordinator for the annual Rome Beer Festival (her personal favorite).

JF has always been an artist.  From childhood drawings, comic book creations to later accomplishments on yearbook and high school newspaper staff, it has been clear that his eye for design is impeccable.

After completing his education at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va, he began freelance design work   for not-so-local businesses.  At both Buffalo Wild Wing and Outback Steakhouse, JF has carved out a niche for himself creating everything from menu boards and training material to party promotions and even hand-carved bar stools and creative promotional sculptures.

He is fluent in the language of Adobe – moving competently and swiftly through the likes of Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign. He is willing to learn anything he needs to in order to create what his customers want. It’s that curiosity and love for design that keeps him affordable for Steele Agency clients. Being the boss’ brother doesn’t hurt either.
