It has been our experience that some folks have had negative experiences with web designers, so we figure that we ought to tell you straight out what we will and won’t do.

1. We won’t hold your information hostage – if you want to make changes, we’ll let you! We’ll make sure you and your team are trained to handle the functions that you desire to manage in-house.

2. We will never withhold passwords.  The way we see it, you are paying us to act on your behalf. That means that what we do on your behalf is your information; you own it.

3. We will never take advantage of your knowledge of our capabilities. We will inform you of all the options and make sure that whatever your decision is, it is a well informed one.

4. We will always provide means to let you participate as much or as little as you would like to.

5. We will always look for ways to find easier, faster, more cost-effective solutions.

6.We will always look out for your security.
